Na spole\u010dn\u00e9 tiskov\u00e9 konferenci nada\u010dn\u00edch fond\u016f <a href=\"http:\/\/www.remus.ms\">ReMuS<\/a> a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nfimpuls.cz\">IMPULS<\/a> je p\u0159edstavili \u0159editel\u00e9 obou organizac\u00ed a p\u0159edn\u00ed \u010desk\u00e9 neurolo\u017eky v oblasti roztrou\u0161en\u00e9 skler\u00f3zy \u2014 prof. MUDr. Eva Kubala Havrdov\u00e1, Dr.Sc. a prof. MUDr. Dana Hor\u00e1kov\u00e1, Ph.D.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u011bt\u0161ina nov\u011b diagnostikovan\u00fdch pacient\u016f \u2014 celkem 84 % \u2014 se dnes za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 l\u00e9\u010dit rovnou vysoce \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fdmi l\u00e9ky. P\u0159ed deseti lety to bylo pouh\u00fdch 5 a\u017e 10 %. <strong>V\u010dasn\u00e9 nasazen\u00ed modern\u00ed terapie<\/strong> p\u0159itom v\u00fdznamn\u011b zpomaluje progresi nemoci a sni\u017euje riziko rozvoje trval\u00e9ho neurologick\u00e9ho posti\u017een\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pozitivn\u00ed trend potvrzuje i zkr\u00e1cen\u00ed doby od prvn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edznak\u016f k zah\u00e1jen\u00ed l\u00e9\u010dby \u2014 ze 7,5 m\u011bs\u00edce v roce 2024 na 6,4 m\u011bs\u00edce vloni. Do specializovan\u00fdch center se pacienti dost\u00e1vaj\u00ed v pr\u016fm\u011bru do 3\u20134 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f od prvn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edznak\u016f, v posledn\u00edm roce se tato doba zkr\u00e1tila p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b o jeden m\u011bs\u00edc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Registr ReMuS je v r\u00e1mci Evropy sv\u00fdm rozsahem a obsahem dat jedine\u010dn\u00fd \u2014 sb\u00edr\u00e1 informace o pacientech ze v\u0161ech 15 specializovan\u00fdch center pro l\u00e9\u010dbu roztrou\u0161en\u00e9 skler\u00f3zy v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice. Celkem v n\u011bm jsou shrom\u00e1\u017ed\u011bna data <strong>24 696 pacient\u016f s RS<\/strong>, jejich\u017e zku\u0161enosti pom\u00e1haj\u00ed v\u00fdzkumu a dal\u0161\u00edm lidem s t\u00edmto onemocn\u011bn\u00edm. Soub\u011b\u017en\u011b se rozv\u00edj\u00ed v\u00fdzkum tzv. radiologicky izolovan\u00e9ho syndromu (RIS), kter\u00fd by mohl <strong>umo\u017enit z\u00e1sah je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ed samotn\u00fdm propuknut\u00edm p\u0159\u00edznak\u016f nemoci<\/strong>. Registr ReMuS bude v dal\u0161\u00edch kroc\u00edch pilotn\u011b propojen s laboratorn\u00edmi daty center a v posledn\u00edm roce byl ji\u017e realizov\u00e1n tak\u00e9 prvn\u00ed v\u00fdzkumn\u00fd projekt v r\u00e1mci celost\u00e1tn\u00edho \u00falo\u017ei\u0161t\u011b sn\u00edmk\u016f z magnetick\u00e9 rezonance, kter\u00fd napom\u00e1h\u00e1 z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed nov\u00fdch poznatk\u016f o roztrou\u0161en\u00e9 skler\u00f3ze i dal\u0161\u00edch p\u0159\u00edbuzn\u00fdch diagn\u00f3z. Navzdory tomuto pokroku ale z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 roztrou\u0161en\u00e1 skler\u00f3za z\u00e1va\u017en\u00fdm a nevyl\u00e9\u010diteln\u00fdm onemocn\u011bn\u00edm. V \u010cesk\u00e9 republice s n\u00ed \u017eije odhadem 26 000 lid\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za ka\u017ed\u00fdm z pokrok\u016f kter\u00e9 posledn\u00ed roky p\u0159inesly stoj\u00ed dlouhodob\u00e9 \u00fasil\u00ed a d\u016fv\u011bra \u0159ady lid\u00ed. <strong>Up\u0159\u00edmn\u00e9 pod\u011bkov\u00e1n\u00ed pat\u0159\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm pacient\u016fm<\/strong>, kte\u0159\u00ed registru poskytuj\u00ed sv\u00e1 data, l\u00e9ka\u0159\u016fm a v\u00fdzkumn\u00edk\u016fm ze v\u0161ech center pro l\u00e9\u010dbu roztrou\u0161en\u00e9 skler\u00f3zy, dlouholet\u00fdm partner\u016fm ReMuS i cel\u00e9mu t\u00fdmu registru \u2014 bez jejich spole\u010dn\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce, podpory a d\u016fv\u011bry by \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd z t\u011bchto \u00fasp\u011bch\u016f nebyl
