“The winner of the Multiple Sclerosis Marathon is anyone who takes their life into their own hands.” MaRS is an international exercise marathon for patients with and without multiple sclerosis. It was created in 2012 on the initiative of patients and therapists of the Prague MS Centre of the General University Hospital, its organizer is the IMPULS Foundation.
